Puzzle Box follows drug addict Kait, who is on the road to recovery and escapes to a house in the woods to rehabilitate. She is accompanied by her sister Olivia, who is documenting the process. When the layout of the house begins to mysteriously change, strange things begin to happen. The two find themselves trapped in a nightmarish, inescapable puzzle house.
