John Crowley creates a simple and predictable romance story that isn’t really anything special, but still captures a beautiful performance with two strong performances from Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh.
Honestly, sometimes we have to enjoy the simple romantic romance and We Live in Time cheap elements
Good music, simple dialogue and structure still maintain an emotional connection with its viewers as the chemistry and banter between the two leads is visible and good.

Obviously, its predictable style makes it feel a bit long in its pacing, and some elements may make you doze off, but overall Crowley’s direction and Garfield and Pugh’s performances kept it going.
