This animated anthology series will showcase original stories from the world of iconic video games. Video games have made the jump to the big screen in a big way, and we’re celebrating the genre with a closer look at more than 50 video game adaptations in movies and shows. Clive Standen will reprise his voice as Demetrius Titus, the main character in the video game Space Marine 2. The episode takes place after the events of the game.
I really enjoyed this show!
I was really disappointed when I saw critics saying this show was only halfway through. I watched it and all I can say is that most critics are wrong. The episodes could have been longer, that’s honestly my only criticism. If you love video games, be sure to check out this show.
It’s also a quick watch
Now I want to replay some of these games after watching their episodes. I would imagine that the whole point of Secret Level is to attract new players, and in that regard, I think they succeeded. There was also a lot of heart in many of the episodes, which I really enjoyed as well. Hopefully this series does well enough to warrant a second season.
I really wish they were all at least 20 minutes
If they do a second season, I think they just need to improve the length of the episodes. Overall, though, I’m grateful we got this show because video games mean a lot to a lot of people, including me. Thank you to all the people who worked hard to make this show possible for us. You rock!
